Additional Convention Information
The hotel is located on Newtown Pike (Hiway 922) just south of Interstate I-75 exit 115. Please note: At that junction I-64 & I 75 are merged and run concurrently.
We need some volunteers to tend to the hospitality suite and also people willing to bring some snacks & drinks.
The free hot breakfast is included with your room.
The auction and dealers rooms will be available 9 AM Thursday morning.
Dealers and anyone bringing multiple boxes for the auction can use the entrance at the south end of the hotel.
Lunch and dinner Thursday are on your own.
The nearest and easiest accessible restaurant/shopping district is at I-75 exit 108, south on Man O’ War Blvd. There you will find: Bonefish Grill, Johnny Carino’s, Red Lobster, Old Chicago, Tekka Japanese Grill & Sushi, and Ted’s Montana Grill on the west side of Man O’ War. On the east side are Carrabba’s Italian, Outback and Malones Hamburg Steakhouse (one of the best in the city).
The presentation on milk glass mini-lamps will be given by long time member Bob Culver.
The Show & Tell and identification segment will be at a new time on Friday morning. So bring your favorite pieces plus any unusual finds that you need help in identifying.
The public will be admitted to the dealers room at 11 AM, that is one hour after our members.

Thursday, Sept. 12
All convention activities will be held in the Bluegrass Pavilion section of the hotel located at the south end of the building.
6:30 AM – 9 AM Free Hot Breakfast
9 AM Registration and Commemorative pick-up
9 AM Auction and dealers set-up including members table
7 PM Board Meeting – Henry Clay room
12 PM Hospitality Room – Suite 506
Friday, Sept. 13 – Lunch Buffet included
